Gluten Free Chocolate Cherry Mug Cake

Ingredients

1 egg

2 tablespoon milk

1 tablespoon coconut oil

2 tablespoon sugar free cherry jam

2 tablespoon gluten free flour

1 tablespoon Natvia

2 tablespoon cocoa powder

0.25 teaspoon baking powder (make sure certified gluten free)

Method

  1. Whisk together egg, milk, coconut oil, and sugar free cherry jam.
  2. Add gluten free flour, Natvia, cocoa powder, and baking powder and mix until combined.
  3. Pour into a greased/sprayed mug and microwave for a minute and a half.
