Ingredients

  • Porridge:
  • 1/2 cup/45g/1.5 oz rolled oats gluten free if needed
  • 1 medium carrot grated
  • 2 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2-3 tsp Natvia
  • 1 tsp ganilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz water
  • Optional Protein:
  • 1 each egg whisked OR
  • 2 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz protein powder of choice neutral or vanilla
