Ingredients
- Base
- 3/4 cup almonds
- 1 tbsp crushed peanuts
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dates (soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes)
- Filling
- 1 1/2 cup dates
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 3 tsp Natvia
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp peanut spread
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1/4 Cup crushed peanuts
- Top
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup melted sugar free dark chocolate
Methods
Base:
- Add almonds to food processor and blend for a few seconds
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until crumbly
- Press into a lined tray with your fingers, and put in freezer while you make the filling
Filling:
- Blend all ingredients except peanuts, until smooth
- Spread on top of base. Then sprinkle with crushed peanuts
- Put back in the freezer
Chocolate Layer:
- Melt the dark chocolate together with cocoa powder
- Put back in the freezer for a few hours
- Break and serve.
