Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1⁄2 large frozen banana
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (or you can use regular milk)
- 1 Kiwi
- For toppings
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 small banana
- 1 Kiwi
Method
- Blend smoothie ingredients together and top with desired toppings such as kiwi and shredded coconut. (You can use any fruit you have as topping)
