Kale Kiwi Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1⁄2 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (or you can use regular milk)
  • 1 Kiwi
  • For toppings
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 Kiwi

Method

  1. Blend smoothie ingredients together and top with desired toppings such as kiwi and shredded coconut. (You can use any fruit you have as topping)
