Kale Kiwi Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

0.5 cup frozen blueberries

0.5 large frozen banana

1 cup chopped kale

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup unsweetened soy milk (or you can use  regular milk)

1 Kiwi

1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

1 small banana

1 Kiwi

Method

  1. Blend smoothie ingredients together and top with desired toppings such as kiwi and shredded coconut. (You can use any fruit you have as topping)
