Ingredients
- 250g sugar free dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup Natvia
- 3 tbsp DuChocolat drinking cocoa
- 250ml thick cream
Methods
- Place the dark chocolate blocks in heatproof bowl over pan with simmering water. Stir until the chocolate is melted thoroughly. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Mix Natvia with eggs, until the mixture is pale, thick, and double in volume. Fold into the melted chocolate until well combined.
- Whip thick cream, but do not over beat, fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour. Dress and serve.
