Spice Bliss Balls

Recipe by Farah from The Soul spoon These bliss balls are the perfect treat! The warming spices remind you of mince pies and Christmas spice. They are packed with protein and healthy fats making them a beautiful energy-boosting snack to keep you going! This Bliss Balls are both vegan and gluten-free too!

Serves: 6 - 8

Ingredients

Handful Cashews Handful Almonds Cup of Gluten Free Oats 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil Handful Sultanas Heaped Tsp Cinnamon 1 Tsp Mixed Spice 3 Tsp Natvia

Method

  1. In a food processor blend all of the ingredients together until the mixture starts to clump together, the mix should have texture and stick together when pressed.
  2. Using your hands form the mixture and roll into balls that are around 4cm wide.
  3. These have a shelf life of around 5 days if kept in a sealed container. They can be kept in the fridge and taken out 5 mins before you wish to consume them.
