Ingredients
- Pancakes:
- 1/3 cup/30g/1 oz Oats
- 2 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz coconut flour
- 1 tbsp/7g/0.2 oz Desiccated Coconut
- 1/3 cup/80ml/2.6 oz Unsweetened almond coconut milk
- 1/3 cup/80ml/2.6 oz Egg whites
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Natvia
- 2 tbsp/40g/1.4 oz plain fat free greek yoghurt
- 1/2 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- Cream Sauce:
- 2 tbsp/40g/1.4 oz Fat free yoghurt
- 2 drops coconut stevia
- Water to consistency
Servings 1-2 stacks |
Directions
Pancakes:
- Blend all ingredients. Leave for 15mins to thicken and stir again. Cook as normal in a pan with some coconut oil.
Cream Sauce:
- Blend all ingredients.
- Can substitute fat free cottage cheese @weightwatchersaunz or coconut yoghurt for the sauce instead or as well!
