Vegan Choc Orange Cups

Ingredients
300 g sugar-free vegan dark chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil
90 g Natvia (½ cup)
65 g tahini (¼ cup)
125 g almond butter (½ cup)
zest of 1 orange
1 tablespoon orange juice
Method
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Stir through the coconut oil. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of a mould or 12 x mini cupcake patty pans. Place in the freezer
- Mix together the Natvia, tahini, almond butter, orange zest and orange juice. Dollop ontop of the chocolate in the mould. Cover with remaining melted chocolate. Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Keep chilled
