Apple & Berry Brownies

200 g Flour of choice (can be gluten free)
100 g Natvia
40 g Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
100 g Apple Puree
150 mls Almond Milk
4 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Apple (Thinly Sliced)
- Preheat the oven to 180C and grease and line a 9x9in baking tray.
- Mix together the flour, Natvia, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl.
- Whisk together the apple puree, milk, oil and vanilla then pour into the dry ingredients to form a batter.
- Spoon into the tin and smooth out evenly. Arrange the apple slices on top and scatter over the berries. Bake for 30 minutes then leave to cool. Cut into 9-12 pieces then enjoy!
