Apple & Blueberry Tart

Ingredients
FOR THE TART CASE AND TOPPING:
200 g Oats
50 g Nuts of choice
20 g Natvia Natural Sweetener
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
4 tablespoon Coconut Oil, or Oil of choice
1 Flax Egg
FOR THE FILLING:
120 g Cooked Apple Slices
75 g Frozen Blueberries
4 tablespoon Natvia Natural Sweetener
Method
- Preheat the oven to 170C and grease a 20cm loose-bottomed tart tin and place on a baking tray.
- Place the case ingredients into a blender and pulse a few times until the mixture comes together.
- Press 3⁄4 of the mixture into the tin, across the bottom and up the sides. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Mix together the apples, blueberries and Natvia. Remove the tart from the oven, spoon in the fruit to cover then sprinkle over the remaining oat mixture all over.
- Bake for a further 15 minutes then leave to cool.
- Pop out of the tin, slice and up and serve!
