CHOCOLATE, PRETZEL & PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Enjoy these yummy Chocolate, Pretzel & Peanut Butter Cookies! This simple and easy recipe not only taste amazing but is perfect for your friends and family!  

Serves: 10

Prep: 15 minutes

Cook/Chill: 10-12 minutes bake

Ingredients

100g coconut oil, melted

150g Natvia natural sweetener

2 tablespoons smooth nut butter

2 tablespoons almond or oat milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

200g gluten-free flour

30g cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

50g pretzels, broken up into pieces

75g no added sugar dark chocolate chips

30g peanut butter buttons

Method

  1. Mix together the melted oil, sweetener, nut butter, milk and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix again well to form a dough. Stir in most of the chocolate chips and pretzels.
  3. Divide into small balls, roll then place on a grease and lined large tray and flatten down, leaving space between others.
  4. Push in extra pretzels, choc chips and the peanut buttons on top then bake at 180C for 10-12 minutes until golden. Leave to cool on the tray for 5 minutes then pop onto a wire rack to cool - then enjoy!
