Get creative in the kitchen with this beautifully smooth Cinnamon Almond Butter! Have it with your crackers, on your toast or butter it on to your favourite fruit! This Cinnamon Almond Butter is a great flavourful substitute for ordinary butter and nut spreads that are usually laden with nasties.
Put this together in under 20 minutes and store it in the fridge for ultimate freshness.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of raw almonds
- 2 tsp TP ground cinnamon
- 3 tsp natvia
- 1 tsp MCT oil (optional)
- Pinch of TP pink Himalayan salt
Method
- Preheat your oven to 160c.
- Pop your raw almonds on a baking sheet and into the oven for about 10 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Once toasted, let them cool for about 5 minutes.
- Place the almonds along with other ingredients into your blender or food processor until broken down and creamy.
- Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
