You can find more sugar-free recipes like this one and more over on our blog or check out Natvia’s collection of dessert videos over at Healthy Treats.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Chilling Time: 20-30 minutes

Ingredients

110 g unsalted butter (or coconut oil) (1 stick)

250 g no added sugar peanut butter (1 cup) (smooth, or crunchy if you like a bit of a bite in your fudge)

pinch of sea salt

1 tablespoon Natvia

Method

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a pan over medium heat until melted and combined.
  2. Pour into a lined baking tray or small traybake tin (a smaller tin makes for a thicker fudge but fewer squares, a large one makes lots of thin pieces of fudge).
  3. Chill in the freezer for 20-30 mins until just set, then cut into squares.
  4. Keep in fridge for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
