Creamy, naturally sweetened with Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g, and bursting with fresh strawberry flavour, it’s the perfect way to enjoy all the benefits of matcha without any refined sugar Ingredients 100ml heavy cream 1.5 tsp Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g 1 tsp matcha powder Ice Milk 4 Strawberries Recipe In a small bowl or cup, sift 3/4 tsp of matcha powder. Combine with 100ml heavy cream and 3/4 tsp of Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g and whisk together with a hand whisk until soft peaks form. To create the strawberry compote, take 4 strawberries and 3/4 tsp Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g and place in the microwave for 1 minute. Once taken out, mash the mixture with a fork. Assemble the strawberry compote with ice, milk and matcha cream mixture.

Serving(s): 2-3 Prep Time: 10 minutes (40 with marinating) Cook Time: 25 minutes Total Time: 50 minutes Ingredients 4 chicken thighs, skin on 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 ½ tbsp Natvia Brown Sweetener (for a richer caramelised glaze) 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tsp fresh grated ginger or ½ tbsp ginger powder 1 tsp sesame oil (optional, for aroma) 1 tbsp water 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice (optional, to balance sweetness) Pinch of black pepper Optional garnish: sliced spring onion, sesame seeds Method In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Natvia Brown Sweetener, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, water, and vinegar/lime juice until Sweetener dissolves. This is your marinade and glaze. Optional: Marinate chicken for 30 minutes for deeper flavour. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place chicken thighs skin-side down and cook 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip chicken, pour marinade over, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 10–15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and the glaze thickens into a sticky, glossy coating. Taste the glaze and adjust seasoning if needed (extra soy for saltiness, extra Natvia for sweetness). Serve with steamed veggies, cauliflower rice, or your choice of sides. Servings: up to 4 Prep time: 10 Minutes Total time: 15 Minutes Ingredients Earl Grey Syrup 3 Earl Grey tea bags 1 cup hot water ½ cup Natvia Gut Activated Sweetener (or Natvia Brown Sweetener for a richer caramel note) Matcha Latte 1 tsp matcha powder 2 tbsp Earl Grey syrup (or to taste) ½ cup cold milk of choice Ice cubes Method Steep the Earl Grey tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 5–7 minutes, until the tea is robust. Remove tea bags. While still hot, stir in Natvia Sweetener until fully dissolved. Let it cool. This is your syrup concentrate. In a glass, whisk matcha with a splash of water until smooth. You can shake it in a glass jar or use an electric whisk. Add 2 tablespoons of the Earl Grey syrup, then pour in milk and stir well. Add ice cubes and enjoy.
