With tender spiced apples, a buttery crumble topping, and a hint of cinnamon, it’s naturally sweetened with Natvia so you get all the flavour without the extra sugar. Perfect for afternoon tea, a weekend treat, or lunchbox-friendly indulgence. Serving(s): 12 slices Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 25 minutes Total time: 40 minutes  Ingredients Filling: 4 medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped 2 tbsp Natvia Natural Sweetener 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp lemon juice Crumble topping: ¾ cup rolled oats ½ cup almond flour 2 tbsp Natvia Natural Sweetener 3 tbsp coconut oil (or butter), melted ½ tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt Method Preheat oven to 180°C and line a square baking tin (20x20cm) with baking paper. In a bowl, combine chopped apples with Natvia, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Spread evenly in the prepared tin. In another bowl, mix oats, almond flour, Natvia, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted coconut oil until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the apples. Bake for 25 minutes, until the topping is golden and apples are soft. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into 12 squares. Enjoy warm or at room temperature

Top with black sesame seeds for extra crunch.   To make the Natvia Sugar Free Cocktail sauce Ingredients 1 Egg Yolk 1 1/2 tsp Tamari 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 2 tsp Horseradish, finely grated 1 1/2 tsp Natvia, blitzed to fine consistency 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Sugar Free Tomato Sauce 180ml Vegetable Oil Salt and Pepper   Method In a bowl combine the egg yolk, tamari, lemon juice and horseradish, whisk to continue. Very slowly drizzle the oil in a little at a time, whilst continuing to whisk. The mayonnaise will gradually start to thicken. Continue whisking until all of the oil has been added. Add the tomato sauce, Natvia and season with salt and pepper. Whisk again until well combined.
